Saad Sohail has held two positions in two different companies. From 2015 to 2020, they were the Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer at Spectrum BPO. In this role, they were responsible for directing all organizational operations, policies, and objectives to maximize productivity and returns, analyzing complex scenarios and using creative problem-solving to turn challenges into profitable opportunities, and interviewing, appointing, training, and assigning responsibilities to department managers. In 2020, they became Co-Founder at Silver Ant Marketing.

Saad Sohail attended the University of Central Punjab from 2007 to 2011.
