Karen Swett is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in the real estate and accounting sectors. Since June 2008, Karen has served as a Senior Financial Analyst at The Spectrum Companies. Prior to this role, Karen was a Project Accountant at Hines from July 2007 to May 2008 and worked as a Property Accountant at Shorenstein Realty Services between January 2002 and July 2007. Earlier in Karen's career, from 1995 to 2001, an Accounting Manager position was held at Signature Flight Support. Karen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from UNC Charlotte Belk College of Business, obtained in 1995, and graduated from East Mecklenburg High School in 1990.
