Danielle Schayer has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Danielle started their career at Spectrotel in 2007 as a Telephone Sales Representative. From there, they progressed to the role of Reseller, where they were responsible for contacting new business and residential customers and managing their orders. In 2011, they became the Order Entry Specialist - Team Lead, handling order entry and providing additional support to the customer service team. Currently, they hold the position of Order Entry Specialist - Supervisor, managing and supervising a team of 6 within the Order entry department. Their responsibilities include overseeing daily timecards, preparing reports on team members' progress, and managing orders.

Danielle Schayer earned an Associates in Applied Science in Health Information/Medical Records Technology/Technician from Brookdale Community College between the years 2009 and 2012. In addition, they obtained the certification "The Bits and Bytes of Computer Networking" from Coursera in June 2023, and "Improving Your Listening Skills" from LinkedIn in August 2020.
