Bastian Pech has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Bastian'smost recent role was as the Head of Sales at Spectrm, where they helped businesses effectively communicate with customers and generate leads. Prior to that, they worked as an Event Manager at Eventmanagement, where they were involved in planning and executing large events. Bastian also gained experience in the political sector as a Student Employee at Michael Kretschmer, MdB in the German Parliament. Additionally, Bastian worked as an Assistant Event Coordinator at Landskron Kultur Brauerei.

Bastian Pech's education history begins in 1999 when they attended Joliot-Curie-Gymnasium Görlitz. Bastian completed their German A Level degree at this school in 2007.

In 2009, Bastian started studying at European-University Viadrina where they pursued a field of study in Law. The duration of their studies at this institution lasted until 2015; however, it is unknown whether they obtained a degree in this field.

Finally, in 2019, Bastian enrolled in HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in General Management. Bastian completed their studies in 2022.
