Maureen Winter has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. From 2000 onwards, they worked at various companies, starting with SpectraLink as a Senior Solutions Architect. In this role, they managed channels and customers in the Mid Atlantic, Northeast, and Eastern Canada, specializing in wireless telephony. Maureen also installed and managed trial installations at large customer sites, including Fortune 500 companies and major hospitals in the US. At Polycom, where they worked from 2002 to 2012, they served as a Senior Systems Engineer, responsible for managing key Service Provider accounts, conducting product demonstrations, and supporting Service Providers within the United States. Prior to joining Polycom, they worked at Octave Inc. as a Program Manager from 2000 to 2004 and at Octave Communications as a Program Manager from 2000 to 2002. At Octave Communications, their role involved managing customers post-sales, conducting system planning meetings, and coordinating training. Maureen also has previous experience as an Account Manager at Lucent from 1990 to 2000.

Maureen Winter received their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Salem State University, where they studied from 1983 to 1990. Maureen then pursued further education in business by enrolling in the Mini MBA program at Clemson University MBA Programs, although the start and end year of this program are not provided.
