Jeremy Thien has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Jeremy is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at Spectralink Corporation since May 2022.

Prior to this, they worked as an Information Technology Project Manager at SMT (SportsMEDIA Technology Corp) from November 2020 to May 2022.

From July 2007 to November 2020, Jeremy served as a Director of Engineering at Adtec Digital, Inc. where they managed a team of up to 16 electrical engineers and software engineers. Jeremy was responsible for product development, business analysis, and system/process improvements. Additionally, they held the role of Lead Software Architect from January 2006 to June 2007 and Software Engineer from July 2001 to December 2005 at the same company. In these roles, they led the design and development of embedded applications for a MPEG2 video appliance, collaborated with customers for support and new product rollout, and set a unified approach for software development.

Prior to Adtec Digital, Jeremy worked as a Software Engineer at ECI Telecom from December 2000 to May 2001, where they developed a Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) proxy server for a Voice over IP (VOIP) system and provided technical expertise to internal teams.

Jeremy began their career as an Electrical Engineering Intern at International Paper from May 2000 to December 2000. Here, they supported a professional electrical engineer on plant projects, primarily focusing on a plant-wide survey of fire alarm systems and developing CAD skills.

Throughout their career, Jeremy has gained expertise in software engineering, project management, product development, team management, and system/process improvements.

Jeremy Thien attended the University of North Florida from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. Jeremy then pursued further education and earned an MBA from the University of North Florida - College of Business Administration from 2005 to 2008, focusing on Business as their field of study.
