James Jordan is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of experience in digital support and customer service roles. Currently serving as a Senior Digital Support Analyst at Specsavers since May 2021, James has previously held several key positions at Dyson from June 2011 to May 2021, including Owner Experience Support Lead and Digital IT Support Analyst. Earlier in the career, James worked at Coventry Building Society as Completions Team Leader from July 2005 to May 2011. James holds a BA Hons degree in History from the University of Gloucestershire, attained between 2001 and 2005.
