Ewelina Mokicka, Associate CIPD, currently serves as a Senior People Partner at Specsavers, starting in June 2023. Prior experience includes the role of Head of People at Drake Food Service International M25 LTD from January 2022 to June 2023, where responsibilities encompassed leading HR activities, learning and development, recruitment, and payroll across 100 UK sites with 1500 employees, as well as establishing the organizational structure and compliance with UK law. Between July 2015 and January 2022, Ewelina held various positions at KFC, including HR Business Partner, Area Coach, and People Capability Coach, after serving as Restaurant General Manager at KFC UK & Ireland from March 2005 to March 2015. Ewelina holds a CIPD Diploma level 5 in Human Resources Management from AVADO (2020-2021) and has a degree from De Montfort University (2014-2017).
