Charlotte Moseley Assoc CIPD is a Senior People Partner at Specsavers, working closely with stakeholders across multiple sites in the UK. With experience as a HR Business Partner and HR Advisor, Charlotte has a strong background in offering proactive support and advice to managers. Prior to their current role, Charlotte worked at Titania Ltd in the cybersecurity software industry and at Consilium Recruit in the Automotive, Aerospace, and Advanced Manufacturing sectors. Charlotte holds a CIPD Level 5 in Human Resources and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Worcester.
