Noel Vazquez, MA, RRT, RRT-ACCS, CES-A, CES-P, serves as a Clinical Specialist in ECMO at SpecialtyCare since June 2021, following a tenure as an ECMO Specialist with ECMO Advantage from August 2018 to June 2021. At ECMO Advantage, responsibilities included providing ECMO staffing, training new staff, and supporting program development. Previous experience includes roles at UF Health, where Noel functioned as an in-house ECMO Specialist, and at Norton Healthcare as a Registered Respiratory Therapist and ECMO Specialist, managing ECMO circuits and patient care. Additional roles at Jewish Hospital & St. Mary’s HealthCare and U of L Health Care involved patient assessment and staff supervision. Noel holds a Bachelor of Health Science in Cardiopulmonary Science from the University of Louisville and a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Cincinnati Christian University.
