Cindy Quan is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in restaurant management. Currently serving as Executive General Manager at Specialty Restaurants, Cindy has been with the organization since August 2019, previously holding the position of General Manager at Orange Hill Restaurant & Events and Assistant General Manager at Castaway Restaurant & Events. Cindy also gained valuable experience as Beverage Manager at Del Frisco's Grille from December 2016 to August 2019 and as Assistant Floor Manager at the same establishment from July 2015 to June 2016.
