Melissa Jordan began their career in 2018 as a Regional Sales Representative for E. Sam Jones Lighting & Energy Solutions. In 2019, they moved to Regency Lighting as a Lighting Specialist. In 2022, they joined Specialty Lighting Group as the VP Sales - Midwest.

Melissa Jordan attended Southern Illinois University Edwardsville from 2015 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre/Theater.
