Steven Coombs currently holds the position of West Virginia CEI Manager at Infrastructure Consulting & Engineering, PLLC since January 2024 and serves as a Public Contracts Executive at Specialized Engineering since May 2023. Previously, Steven worked as the Construction Services Department Manager at The Thrasher Group from May 2018 to May 2023 and as a Project Manager at the same company from May 2017 to March 2018. Prior experience includes serving as the District Seven Materials Supervisor for the West Virginia Department of Highways from August 2010 to May 2017 and held various roles, including Construction Services Manager, Field and Lab Supervisor, and Senior Field Technician at CTL Engineering, Inc. in West Virginia from August 1990 to August 2010. Steven earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Transportation and Highway Engineering from Bridgemont Community and Technical College between 2012 and 2015.
