Connie Wright, SPHR, has a strong background in human resources leadership, spanning over several healthcare organizations. Connie is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer for Specialized Dental Partners. Previously, they held the role of Vice President, Human Resources at ENT Specialty Partners, where they played a crucial role in building a physician-practice network and implementing strategies to enhance business operations. Prior to that, Connie served as the Vice President of Human Resources for Scottish Rite for Children, where they led various initiatives to support the organization's mission and implemented technology platforms to transform HR work. Connie also served as the Human Resources Officer for Texas Health Resources, where they focused on creating a high-performance culture and increasing employee engagement. Earlier in their career, Connie served as the Executive Director of Human Resources for Richardson Regional Medical Center and INTEGRIS Health, where they were responsible for various HR functions and played a key role in improving employee engagement and implementing strategic initiatives.

Connie Wright, SPHR, obtained a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Texas Woman's University in 2011-2012. Additionally, they completed their Bachelors of Business Admin - McCombs School of Business with a specialization in Marketing from The University of Texas at Austin in 1986-1990. Connie also holds a certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
