Jennifer Feldman, MSW, currently serves as an Inclusion Consultant and Manager of Corporate Engagement at Specialisterne USA, focusing on creating inclusive environments for neurodiverse individuals. With extensive experience in the neurodiversity space, Jennifer facilitates engagement between champions and managers to adapt workplace practices. Prior roles include Clinical Lead at The Center for Autism, where Jennifer provided therapy to children on the autism spectrum and supervised clinical teams. Additional experience encompasses positions as a Family Consultant, Mental Health Professional, and Paraprofessional ABA Therapist, along with involvement in fundraising and event coordination for organizations supporting special needs. Jennifer holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Michigan.
