Erin Samis (Hines) is a seasoned professional with a significant background in human resources and operations, currently serving as the Head of People & Operations and Corporate Engagement Lead at Specialisterne Canada since August 2020. Previous roles include Corporate Partnerships & Mentor Engagement Lead at the Toronto Region Immigrant Employment Council from August 2019 to August 2020, and senior HR positions at Scotiabank and TD, where responsibilities included HR business partnering and analytics. Early career experience encompasses management roles at Deloitte and Ipsos, alongside research positions at the University of Western Ontario. Erin holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Western University and a diploma in Advertising from Cambrian College, and is currently pursuing a degree in Professional Coaching at Adler Graduate Professional School.
