Dawn Shepherd is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in the financial and service sectors. Currently serving as Global HR Operations Manager at SThree since March 2020, Dawn previously took a career break from June 2019 to March 2020 for personal and family reasons. Prior to this role, Dawn held the position of HRSS and Payroll Manager at Chubb from May 2006 to May 2019, managing HR Shared services and payroll operations. Earlier career experiences include HR Manager at beCogent Ltd and HR Assistant at Royal & SunAlliance. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Glasgow Caledonian University and a BSc from the University of Strathclyde, along with a PG Dip in Operations Management from Glasgow Caledonian University.
