Rachel McQuiston currently serves as the Director of Marketing and Communications for Special Olympics, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this role, Rachel accumulated extensive experience within Special Olympics North America, where roles included Sr. Manager, Marketing and Communications, and Communications Support for the 2022 Special Olympics USA Games. Previously, Rachel held various positions at Special Olympics North Carolina, culminating as Vice President of Communications, where responsibilities included managing public relations and communication initiatives. Rachel's career began with internships at United Way of Pickens County and Special Olympics North Carolina. Rachel earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Science with a focus on Health Promotion and Education from Clemson University in 2011.
