Dustin Plunkett serves as the Manager of Outreach and Inspirational Speaker as well as the Manager of Development and Athlete Leadership at Special Olympics Southern California since August 2015, focusing on the Athlete Leadership Program and various initiatives in Government Relations and Fan Experience. Concurrently, Dustin holds the position of Project Manager at ESPN and has contributed as an ESPN analyst for the Special Olympics World Summer Games in 2015 and World Winter Games in 2017. Prior experience includes serving as the Games Associate and Uniform Coordinator for the Special Olympics World Games in Los Angeles in 2015, where responsibilities included supervising global messengers and training athlete volunteers. Dustin Plunkett received a High School Diploma from Lakewood High School from 1997 to 1999.
