Britt Carlson Oase has a diverse range of work experience. Starting in 1997, they worked at the Minnesota Vikings as a Manager, Suite Sales & Service, Corporate Service. Britt then joined the Minnesota Timberwolves in 2006 as the Director of Hospitality, Premium Activation, and Membership Service. In 2016, they worked at the Minnesota Super Bowl Host Committee as the Senior Director of Partnerships. In 2018, they founded their own company, The North Coast Partners, where they served as the CEO. Also in 2018, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Special Olympics Oregon.
Britt Carlson Oase began their education at Apple Valley High School, where they attended from 1989 to 1993. After completing their high school education, they continued their studies at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Britt pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from 1993 to 1998, focusing on the fields of Marketing and Finance during this time.
