Allyce Pierson serves as the Senior Director of Development and Community Engagement at Special Olympics Nevada since November 2016, previously holding the position of Director of Development. Prior experience includes roles at YESCO from June 2010 to November 2016 as a Buyer and Service Stockroom Manager, Purchasing Agent, as well as a customer service role at Graybar from October 2007 to July 2010. Allyce Pierson obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Southern New Hampshire University between 2018 and 2021, and has earlier educational credentials from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and Rio Lindo Adventist Academy.
