Catherine Jensen has extensive experience in event management and administrative roles, currently serving as Senior Special Events Manager at Special Olympics Minnesota since February 2021, after progressing through various positions including Special Events Manager and Special Events Coordinator. Prior to this role, Catherine held the position of On Call Branch Office Administrator at Edward Jones from May 2017 to February 2021 and worked at Cottonwood Grill as a waitress during the same timeframe. Catherine's earlier experience includes project-based roles with Special Olympics Minnesota, where responsibilities included Torch Run Coordinator and Polar Plunge Event Coordinator Intern, alongside an internship at Walks Inside Rome and administrative support at CarlsonSV. Catherine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing Education from the University of Minnesota, complemented by minors in Management and Retail Merchandising.
