Stephanie M. Esposito is an experienced fundraising and development professional with a strong background in nonprofit management, particularly in the area of philanthropy for Special Olympics Massachusetts since September 2015. Currently serving as AVP of Development, Stephanie has successfully led initiatives to create new revenue channels and cultivate a culture of philanthropy within the organization, while developing a strategic growth plan through 2024. Previous roles include Director of Development for the Law Enforcement Torch Run, where achievements included significant fundraising accomplishments, and Event Marketing and Activation Manager, focusing on peer-to-peer fundraising events. Stephanie's earlier experience spans various positions in event coordination, education, and youth support services, complemented by a degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts.
