Steve Benscoter serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Special-Lite, Inc. since June 2019, following an extensive career at Stryker Corporation from February 1995 to 2019, where Steve held multiple executive roles including Vice President of Business Transformation and Vice President of Global Human Resources. At Stryker, Steve led major initiatives such as consolidating 42 commercial ERPs into a single SAP platform and managing the largest global integration project in the company's history. With a strong focus on organizational development and strategic HR practices, Steve successfully grew various business units and implemented significant operational improvements. Prior to Stryker, Steve held diverse management roles at McMaster-Carr Supply Company. Steve Benscoter earned a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts from Illinois Wesleyan University.
