Ashley Vega serves as the Director of Legal Recruitment at Special Counsel, the largest provider of legal staffing and eDiscovery solutions in the United States, since July 2017. In this role, Ashley leverages the company's extensive reputation and market knowledge to recruit and retain top legal talent for various employment needs. Prior to this position, Ashley worked as a Fitness Trainer and Coach at goPerformance and Fitness from November 2016 to June 2017, where responsibilities included leading fitness classes and coaching CrossFit sessions. Educationally, Ashley holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Community Development and Action and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Law and Deviant Behavior, complemented by a minor in Psychology, both from Vanderbilt University.
