Victoria Berger-Gross is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development across various industries. Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member for the Fashion & Luxury MBA at NYU Stern School of Business since September 2017, Victoria has been a Board President at Special Citizens Futures Unlimited since 2011, a non-profit focused on supporting adult autistic residents in the NYC metro area. Victoria's previous roles include Chief Human Resources Officer at Tiffany & Co. from 2001 to 2017, Senior Vice President of Human Resources in the Global IT Division at Lehman Brothers, and Senior Director of HR at Bertelsmann Music Group. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness at Personnel Decisions International and directing staffing and management development at Bairnco Corporation. Victoria holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Quantitative Methods from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Binghamton University.
