Jared Ehm currently serves as the FP&A Leader at Paxos since November 2021, bringing extensive experience in financial planning and analysis leadership. Prior roles include Financial Planning & Analysis Leader at Eos Energy Enterprises, Inc., and Head of Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis at Advisor Group, where strategies informed critical business decisions across organizations. Ehm’s career began at Charles Schwab, where a series of promotions culminated in the role of Senior Manager in Treasury Corporate Finance, overseeing significant public raises for debt and preferred equity. Additionally, Ehm gained foundational experience as a Financial Manager at Access LaserPress. Ehm holds an M.S. in Global Management with a focus on Finance and Accounting from Thunderbird School of Global Management, and a B.S. in Mathematics: Probability and Statistics from the University of Arizona.
