Ankita Negi has more than 13 years of experience in the customer service and sales management industry. Ankita started their career in 2007 as a Customer Service Manager in the Industry sector, where they handled portfolios related to sales management and customer relationship management. Ankita has expertise in using MS-Office tools and Statistical Analysis System for data analysis. Ankita also has experience in implementing customer relationship management techniques to maintain strong relationships with customers and generate leads. In 2018, they joined RE/MAX as a CRM Manager until 2019. Currently, Ankita is serving as a Senior Manager at Yellow Class, starting from May 2021.
