Mark Thacker has worked in various roles in the business industry since 2003. In 2009, they became a General Partner at Thacker Associates. In 2010, they became an investor at GenieDB. From 2012 to 2016, they worked at Infor as SVP, Cloud, and at Arkami, Inc. as Co-founder and Board Member. From 2016 to 2019, they served as Chief Product Officer at Affinity Sports, part of the Dicks Sporting Goods Team Sports HQ division. From 2019 to 2020, they were Vice President of Market Strategy at Stack Sports. In 2020, they became Chief Product Officer at Gridiron Football. Most recently, in 2022, they became President at Spatial Wave, where they collaborate with the CEO, Board of Directors, and senior management to drive the company's strategic direction.

Mark Thacker obtained a degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of West London. Mark also holds a certification in Maximizing Leadership Skills from Interaction Associates, which they obtained in August 2018.
