Mason Marcellus currently serves as the Training Manager at Spartronics since September 2021 and has been with Inovar, Inc. since February 2012, holding the position of Training Supervisor, where oversight of employee training functions for locations in Logan, UT, and Tecate, Mexico is conducted. Previous roles at Inovar, Inc. include Training Administrator, where certification as an IPC Trainer in multiple courses was achieved, and Circuit Board Rework Technician / Repair Specialist, responsible for various component replacements and re-balling operations. Earlier experience includes working as a Through Hole Assembly Operator, ensuring quality in circuit board assembly, and as a Heavy Equipment Operator at Western Metals Recycling between August 2009 and January 2012. Mason Marcellus has pursued education at Arkansas Tech University, Brigham Young University - Idaho, and Rich Mountain Community College.
