Troy Schlote is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the aviation sector. Currently serving as a Test Engineer at Sparton since June 2022, Troy has previously held key roles such as Director of Maintenance at AeroSport, LLC, and Field Services Engineer at LionHeart Critical Power Specialists. Troy's background also includes work as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician at JB Aviation, where aircraft maintenance and support were provided to a flight school and clients in the northern Chicago suburbs. Prior experiences include troubleshooting inflight entertainment systems at Panasonic Avionics Corporation, developing prototype lavatory systems at B/E Aerospace, and customer service in the electrical department at Menards.
