Justin W. Kannas has extensive experience in engineering and management, currently serving as the Engineering Manager at Sparton Corporation since October 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing the manufacturing technical staff to ensure product quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery. Prior to this role, Justin owned Kannas Custom Cabinets, Inc. from 1994 to December 2019 and served as the Technical Manager at Minnesota Rubber & Plastics from January 1998 to September 2014, leading the engineering team in product launches and profitability initiatives. Justin holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Mathematics from South Dakota State University.
