James C. Spiroff is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in design and manufacturing across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Tooling Designer at Sparton Defense and Security Corporation since April 2010, James specializes in DOD Navy contract manufacturing and Anti-Submarine Warfare. In addition to this role, James has been the Business Owner and Senior Designer at Echelon Design Works, LLC since September 2017, leading an innovative firm recognized for creating bespoke solutions through collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Prior experience includes serving as the Lead Designer and Production Manager at Deviant Design, Inc. from January 2004 to June 2010, where James managed the design and production of over 200 unique motorcycle industry items. James holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Ceramic Arts and Sculpture from Northern Michigan University and has a background from Oakland Community College.
