Charles Nogueras is an experienced Test Engineering Manager at Sparton since May 2021, with a robust background in motorcycle safety instruction as a Certified Rider Coach, currently serving at Fun Motorcycle Training and having previously coached at Adventure Rider Training and On the Road Again Motorcycle School. Nogueras has extensive engineering expertise, having worked as a Lead Senior Integration/Test Engineer at Harris Corporation and held senior test engineer roles at North Atlantic Industries, Globecomm Systems, and Advanced Acoustic Concepts, where notable contributions included developing comprehensive test architectures and strategies for various products and systems. Nogueras holds an MBA in Information Systems Management and a BS in Computer Science from Dowling College.
