Steve Bina is the current Molding Manager at Spartek. Steve has over 20 years of experience in sales and operations management. Steve started their career in sales at Sprint in October 1996, where they quickly rose to the position of Director of Operations. In October 2000, they left Sprint to take on the role of Sales Operations Manager at Giant Bicycle.

After a year at Giant Bicycle, Steve was recruited by Browning Component to be their Executive Vice President. Steve held this position for a year before moving on to Lockheed Aircraft Services International as their Director of Finance and Administration. Steve left Lockheed in September 1994 to join Schwinn Bicycle Company as their Director of European Operations.

Steve remained with Schwinn until December 1991 when they returned to the United States to take on the role of Sales Operations Manager at Sprint. Steve left Sprint in December 2007 to join Spartek as their Molding Manager.

Steve Bina received their MBA from Roosevelt University and their B.S. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Steve also attended Downers Grove South.

Steve Bina reports to Jody Miedema, Production Manager. Steve Bina works with Larry Bolster - Vacuum Plating Manager, Craig Fortun - Albany, and Carl Berg - Shipping/Receiving Lead. and Molding Shift Supervisor (2) - Molding Shift Supervisor reports to Steve Bina.
