Meredith Young serves as the Sr. Supply Chain Manager at Spartech LLC since June 2019, overseeing all supply chain functions for the Muncie facility. Prior roles at Spartech LLC include Sr. Materials and Warehouse Manager, where strategies were implemented to enhance performance and profitability at the Greenville facility. Meredith's experience at PolyOne spans from 2010 to 2017, encompassing roles such as Sr. Materials Manager and Senior Logistics Manager, where significant cost reductions and process improvements were achieved. An expert in Lean Six Sigma, Meredith is a certified Black Belt with a focus on operational excellence and strategic sourcing. Educational background includes an MBA in Logistics and Finance from the University of Tennessee and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the same institution.
