Brian Dsouza possesses extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving as Assistant General Manager Human Resources at Spartan Poker since June 2022, after progressing from Senior Human Resources Manager within the same organization. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Human Resources Manager at SP Growth Partners, where focus was on developing HR policies and processes, and HR Business Partner at SS&C GlobeOp, managing over 400 employees in the Development and IT division. Earlier career stages involved leading HR functions at HGS Interactive, where efforts were directed towards cultivating team culture, and setting up the HR division at Pinstorm Technologies Pvt Ltd. Brian began a career in HR as a trainee at TATA Communications Ltd and holds an MBA in HR/Industrial Relations from Wigan and Leigh College, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce from Mumbai University.
