Shawn Harlos has worked in the energy services industry since 2006. Shawn began their career as a Sales Representative at Sun Coast Resources, Inc. in 2006. In 2008, they moved to NABORS WELL SERVICES as a Sales. In 2010, they became an Outside Sales Manager at Forbes Energy. In 2013, they transitioned to Gladiator Energy Limited as an Outside Sales Representative. In 2018, they joined C&J Energy Services as a Territory Sales Representative. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as an Account Manager at Spartan Energy Services.

Shawn Harlos obtained an Associate's Degree in Communication, General from Del Mar College.
