Marianne Dee is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in compensation, benefits, and HRIS management. At Sparta Systems since June 2016, Marianne has overseen the development and implementation of compensation and benefit programs and managed the Sage People HR management system. Prior consulting roles include leading the implementation of career progression initiatives at Systech International and Qlik, alongside a project management position at Allscripts that involved significant compensation and talent development projects. Marianne's early career includes positions at Misys, ABN AMRO Bank N.V., and ABN AMRO, where responsibilities ranged from SAP process consulting to serving as Vice President of Human Resources. Marianne holds a degree from Hofstra University.
