Lars Bjørge is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the technology and marketing sectors. As the Founder and Managing Partner of The Scale Factory since October 2019, Lars has focused on helping disruptive tech brands grow in Asia and beyond. Lars also serves as an Executive Advisor at SparkXGlobal and at SalesScreen, where the implementation of gamification software has significantly elevated client productivity. In addition, Lars holds the position of GM APAC at Cavai®, a global leader in conversational advertising, and has been a Venture Partner at Antler, contributing to the establishment of numerous groundbreaking technology companies. Previous roles include EVP Head of Customer Acquisition for TBWA\ Group Singapore, Chief Digital Officer for PHD in Greater China, and Managing Director/Partner at Tribal DDB Oslo. Lars holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Management in Emarketing from BI Norwegian Business School and a BA with honors in Modern Asian Studies from Griffith University.
