Shawn Gworek has extensive experience in the field of creative design and environmental design. Shawn is currently working as a Creative Director at Sparks since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate Creative Director at SGK from 2021 to 2023. Shawn also founded their own company, Bring, in 2018, where they served as the Founder & Creative Director until 2023. Before that, they held the position of Head of Experiential Design at Design B&B from 2016 to 2018. Shawn's experience also includes working as a Senior Designer in the Global Retail Creative team at Under Armour from 2013 to 2016. Shawn began their career as a Strategic Retail Designer at 10 Red Design from 2009 to 2013. Shawn has also worked as a Freelance Environmental Designer at Sparks, an Environmental Designer at Palladeo, and an Intern in Store Design at Little Diversified Architectural Consulting. Additionally, they served as an Assistant Professor of Environmental Design Department at Kent State University in 2008. Overall, Shawn Gworek has a strong background in creative and environmental design, with experience in various leadership and design roles.

Shawn Gworek obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior Design from the Cleveland Institute of Art, where they studied from 2003 to 2008.
