Sharon McLaughlin serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Sparks since May 2023, leading financial strategies for a global experiential marketing agency. Previously, McLaughlin held various executive roles at Foot Locker, including VP and CFO for North America, where growth of $1 billion in sales was achieved by enhancing the omnichannel ecosystem. As CFO for Foot Locker Europe, McLaughlin focused on maximizing profits and expanding store locations in key markets. Early career experiences include leading the Financial Service Center at Foot Locker and roles in accounting and auditing at Lear Corporation, The Home Depot, and KPMG US. McLaughlin earned a BS in Accounting from Villanova University in 1987.
