Colleen Schikowski has a diverse work experience in the design industry. Colleen is currently working at Sparks as an Associate Creative Director, a role they started in January 2022. Prior to that, they were a Senior Designer at Sparks from February 2020 to January 2022, and a Designer from August 2017 to February 2020. Colleen also worked as a Designer at Chase Design Group from May 2017 to September 2017, and at afreeman from January 2016 to August 2017. Colleen's earlier experiences include working as a Graphic Designer at Strong Studio from December 2015 to September 2016, and as a Package Design Intern at L Brands from May 2015 to August 2015. Colleen also served as a Production Specialist at Pratt Institute from August 2013 to July 2015. Colleen began their career as a Freelance Designer at Fiber Art Studio in May 2009 and continued until August 2014, where they contributed to various tasks including fabrication, sales, and window/store merchandising.

Colleen Schikowski attended Pratt Institute and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communications Design with a concentration in Graphic Design. Colleen also attended Lehigh University where they studied Design with concentrations in Graphic and Product Design, as well as a minor in Business. Colleen Schikowski completed their secondary education at Hawken School.
