Susan Alexander Wilson currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Sparkle Stories LLC since November 2023. Prior to this role, Susan held various positions at the Texas Education Agency, including Grant Negotiation Supervisor and Grants Negotiator from April 2020 to November 2023. Susan's experience also includes a tenure at Sparkle Stories from January 2014 to March 2020 as Customer Experience Manager and Customer Service Director. Additionally, Susan was self-employed as a Grant Writer, Report Writer, and Copy Writer/Editor from August 2012 to March 2020, and worked as a Project Manager at Fort Lonesome from January 2014 to April 2018. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Director of Foundation Relations at St. Edward's University from December 2001 to March 2007, and as a Counseling Intern at Capital Area Mental Health Center, where Susan provided mental health counseling. Educational background includes a Master’s degree in Counseling from St. Edward's University and a Bachelor’s degree in English and Women's Studies from Southwestern University.
