Chi-Yi Kuan is currently the Head of Data Science and Analytics Engineering at Nextdoor and serves as a mentor at Break Through Tech and SparkLabs Taipei. Previously held the position of VP of Data at TaskRabbit, where significant improvements in data availability were achieved. Other notable roles include VP of Data Science at Outdoorsy and AVP of Data Science at OYO, as well as Director of Data Science & Data Mining at LinkedIn, leading a large team in decision science solutions. Chi-Yi Kuan has also contributed as a business mentor at the University of California, Davis, and served as an advisor to Insight Timer. Educational background includes two master's degrees in Statistics and Engineering-Economic Systems and Operations Research from Stanford University.
