A former Venture Partner at Quake Capital Partners, Lucas has extensive experience in building strategic partnerships and mentoring startups. Lucas's early career includes roles at ADP in sales management and training, alongside contributions as a writer for Forbes and experience as a photographer and travel writer. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship from USC and a degree in Business Management Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
