Alicia Iacobellis Bate, M.S., PHR, currently serves as the Director of HR Technology and Programs at Spark Therapeutics, Inc., beginning in August 2021, after previously holding the position of Associate Director in the same department. Prior experience includes roles at the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) from June 2014 to July 2021 as a Manager of Compensation/HRIS and Project Manager, overseeing the implementation of various SAP SuccessFactors modules. Earlier career roles at Saint Joseph's University encompassed positions from Human Resources Assistant to Manager of Compensation and HRIS, with a focus on compensation and HR information systems. Alicia holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Services and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government, both from Saint Joseph's University.
