Rorisang Tshabalala is the Chief Executive of Chapter One Innovation since March 2007, with extensive board membership experience across several organizations including SPARK Schools, Edge Growth, and the Nelson Mandela Children's Fund, all of which focus on education, economic empowerment, and child welfare. Rorisang serves as Chairman of the Investment & Sustainability Committee for the Barloworld Empowerment Foundation and holds fellowship roles with the African Leadership Institute at Oxford University and the Africa Leadership Initiative within the Aspen Global Leadership Network. Additionally, Rorisang is a Bertha Scholar at the Bertha Centre for Social Entrepreneurship and Innovation and has previously been part of Duke Corporate Education's faculty. Educational qualifications include an MBA focused on Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the University of Cape Town and a BCom in Accounting Sciences from the University of Pretoria.
