Etienne Fretault is an experienced CEO and entrepreneur with a strong background in investment and startup development. Since November 2005, Etienne has served as the CEO of AKITUA, an investment company involved in various sectors including startups, the BtoB service industry, and real estate, while also providing management services and board positions for portfolio companies. In addition, Etienne is the CEO and Founder of Ultimate Drive and a Partner and Board member at Sparkling Partners, a startup studio with a diverse portfolio of 20 startups. A dedicated mentor, Etienne supports emerging businesses through roles at Techstars, Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator, leAD Sports & Health Tech Partners, and HYPE Sports Innovation. As a non-executive board member of SPARK Racing Technology, Etienne contributes to the advancement of high-performance electric vehicles. Recently, Etienne has taken on the role of M&A Advisor at Edgehog Advanced Technologies Inc. and serves as CEO of VOXFACE. Etienne holds degrees in International Business and Marketing from ESSCA and has educational experience from Concordia University.
