D. Leigh Robbins has a diverse work experience, starting in 2008 as an NCAA Division II Athlete at Augusta University. Following that, Robbins worked as an Intern at the American Red Cross in 2010 and at the Medical College of Georgia at Georgia Regents University, both in 2010 and 2011. In 2011, Robbins became the Director of Operational Implementation & Strategic Growth at Medex Associates Inc, where they were responsible for the development and oversight of several ambulatory service lines. From 2013 to 2016, Robbins worked at UHS as a Market Manager, responsible for strategic planning, network development, and operational management. Robbins also held roles at DermOne and Integrated Dermatology as Vice President Operations and Vice President of Practice Operations, respectively. In 2022, they served as the Interim Chief Operations Officer at LifeSource, Inc., and currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Spark Pediatrics.
D. Leigh Robbins earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Augusta University in 2009. Following this, Robbins obtained a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree with a focus on Public Health and Informatics from the Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University between 2009 and 2011. Lastly, Robbins pursued a Doctor of Public Health (Dr.P.H) degree in Public Health Leadership from Georgia Southern University, completing it between 2011 and 2016.
